Jaire Alexander was a star player at Rocky River High School a few short years ago, making plays all over the field and leading the Ravens to a deep run in the state playoffs. Alexander went on to star at Louisville, and then had a stellar rookie season as a starting cornerback for the Green Bay Packers in the NFL.
Alexander though never forgot his roots, and gave back today, hosting a FREE DB camp at his old high school. The camp had around 50 spots, keeping it small in order to give the attendees specialized & focused training on basic and more advanced defensive back tactics and techniques.
Alexander was very hands on at every drill, jumping in and giving pointers on proper stances, starts, and different types of ways to plant and drive on balls in the air. With a young star in the NFL already giving back, I’m sure that this will be among the many highlights in a great career to come for Jaire.
