Providence Day Head Coach Adam Hastings overlooks his offense during a recent 7 on 7 scrimmage

The Providence Day Chargers have shown steady improvement under the leadership of Head Coach Adam Hastings the last few years, making the Division 1 NCISSA Playoffs, the highest division in the state where the best teams play for a State Championship.

Hastings has some very good leadership coming back in QB Cody Cater, a left handed pocket QB who thrives on his pro-style delivery, but has some ability to run as well. LB Giorgio Antonacci has progressed well throughout his career in the middle of the PD defense at linebacker, paired with Spencer Wood who displayed some very good athletic traits in 7 on 7 work. S Mac Hale is a well spoken and respected leader of the back end of the Chargers defense as well.

Coach Hastings shared with us that among the 4 major private schools in Charlotte that the rivalries are very intense, and CF I plans to attend one of those rival games this season! Coach Hastings and his players were absolute class acts; please enjoy our interviews with them as well as some pictures from their recent 7 on 7 against Cuthbertson HS out of Union County.
